The initial background texturing is done for the Old Fish Camp level. Now, let’s hope I can make this run properly on mobile devices!
This is a continuation of a series to show how Toad Time’s levels are created, which started after accidentally saving some footage of the terrain creation process. Then I recorded (on purpose this time!) a session of putting the background structure and docks into the scene. Didn’t record this texturing session, but I figured I should share the results. This level is targeted for release in version 1.1 this September.
(Note: This release has been delayed slightly due to life being uncooperative. Should be out in Oct/Nov.)
